King Philip Music Program

Kick off vacation week with some music at King Philip Music’s Winter Preview!
Saturday, February 13 at 6:00pm
Indoor Percussion, Winter Guard and World Percussion will be previewing their winter 2016 shows in the
King Philip HS Gym.

This is a free event.

The indoor percussion ensemble will be performing their show entitled “The Delta Theory”. Indoor percussion is a marching unit using all things percussion to tell a story.

Winter Guard will be performing “If You Can”. Winter guard is a competitive group which uses theatrics, flags, rifles and sabers to music. It is considered the “Sport of the Arts”. King Philip is proud to have a competitive unit this year after a couple years break.

Last but not least, World Percussion will be performing a couple of pieces including steel and African drums. This group is comprised of students in grades 4 through 12 and adult community members.

World Percussion starts on Saturday, December 12. Details can be found under “Percussion” to the left.  To join and register, click on the following link–
